Wesley Guest House

We accept most credit/debit cards. The person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all monies due.
No rooms can be reserved without the correct credit card information required.
Once a reservation is confirmed, Wesley Guest House has the right to charge the full amount to the customer’s credit card. All cheques payable to Wesley Guest House must have cleared before bookings can be reserved.
Customers wishing to cancel reservations must do so before 48 hours of arrival date, otherwise Wesley Guest House reserve the right to charge the full amount to the customers credit/debit card for the total reservation booked.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is applicable for all reservations.

Your room will be ready by 3pm on the day of arrival, and the latest you can be booked in is 8pm unless prior arrangements have been made with reception. You must vacate your room by 10am on the last day of your stay, unless prior arrangements have been made with reception. Should you wish to stay on in your room after 10am on the last day, you will be charged full rate for the room unless prior arrangements have been made with reception.

All rooms have electronic safes, and Wesley Guest House will not be responsible for any items missing or damaged which are not deposited in room safe.

Free off road parking is provided; Wesley Guest House does not accept any responsibility for any damages caused to customer’s vehicles or their contents under any circumstances whilst on the premises. All guest’s parking at Wesley Guest House do so at their own risk.

All guests who leave their vehicle on our premises for long periods of time or whilst on holiday, will be subject to a parking fee of £50 per week. And Wesley Guest House will not be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles whilst on the premises.

Wesley Guest House expects all guests to take care or our property whilst they are on our premises, and Wesley Guest House reserve the right to charge for all damages incurred to our property, or lost items belonging to Wesley Guest House.
All guests are responsible for their personal behaviour: damages to property will be charged accordingly the guests credit card.

Wesley Guest House, meets the current fire regulations from the Fire Department of Humberside Fire Authority, Scunthorpe Division, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. The Establishment does not accept any responsibility for personal property and or personal injuries regardless of the cause.

Wesley Guest House is a “NON SMOKING” ENVIRONMENT, for your protection all areas are monitored with highly sensitive smoke detectors. Any one not obeying these rules will be subject to immediate discharge from the property, and Wesley Guest House reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card for the cleaning of all affected areas inside the Wesley Guest House.
To save any embarrassment, please adhere to the “NON SMOKING” signs whilst on the property.
Smoking is permitable in a designated area in the garden, where a smoking shelter is provided.
